The upgrades included replacing an existing 100 ton water cooled chiller, replacing the existing chilled and hot water pumps, as well as the domestic water heaters. The existing, outdated boiler was replaced with two new boilers. The piping in the mechanical room was entirely replaced and a new refrigerant monitoring system was added to the mechanical room. Lastly, ten existing rooftop package units were replaced which serve the 15,000 sf 2 story restaurant area. All of these upgrades will provide the building with significant energy savings with the high efficiency equipment that was selected and our optimization-focused design.
