Design included chilled water central plant (2 – 300 ton turbocor chillers, 2 – cooling towers), heating hot water plant (6 – boilers), pumping stations, chemical treatment, and piping systems.

This project consisted of the complete removal of an existing ice storage plant with a diesel driven chiller for backup.  ABBOTT Engineering spent a significant amount of time during startup of this central plant helping the controls contractor tune the sequence of operation in order to have an efficient plant that ran consistently through all operating conditions.
